We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the contiguous United States (48 states), excluding the following remote regions:

- Hawaii  
- Guam  
- American Samoa  
- U.S. Virgin Islands  
- Northern Mariana Islands  
- Puerto Rico  

Important Notice:
If your shipping address is located in one of the aforementioned inaccessible areas, the order will not be delivered and may be subject to automatic cancellation.  

Please verify the accuracy of your delivery address prior to placing an order. In the event that delivery fails due to an incorrect address or remote location, we shall not assume responsibility for related issues.  

 II. Distribution Costs  

Standard Delivery:
Orders shipped to the contiguous United States qualify for free standard delivery service.  

 III. Transportation Time  

Standard Delivery Schedule:
Typically, orders are processed within 24-72 hours after purchase. Standard delivery takes 3-10 business days from the shipment date, with deliveries to remote areas requiring 7-15 days. The exact timeline depends on the destination and logistics carrier.  

Special Area Delay Notification:  
Delays may occur in certain remote or rural areas. For such locations, "additional transportation time" will be indicated in the checkout page's address field. Please consider this when planning your receipt schedule.  

 IV. Logistics Tracking  

Tracking Information Inquiry:  
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a logistics tracking link. Click the link to monitor the package's location and estimated delivery time in real-time.  

Precautions:  
Updates to logistics information may experience a delay of 1-2 days. If no updates are displayed for an extended period, please promptly contact us for verification.
